By accessing or using the Zapis Cloud Vault platform (“zapis.my.id”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Use of Service & User Accounts

Guest Users: May upload media files up to 200 MB with automated expiration (up to 24 hours). Permanent retention is not available for guest users.
Registered Members (Google Sign-In): Enjoy file upload limits up to 400 MB per file, permanent storage capabilities, and access to private vault management.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Prohibited Content & Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, hosting, or distributing content that:

Violates applicable local, national, or international laws and regulations.
Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM), malware, spyware, viruses, ransomware, phishing scripts, or harmful code.
Infringes upon any third-party copyright, trademark, patent, or proprietary rights without explicit authorization.
Contains content that violates applicable statutory regulations.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Zapis Cloud Vault is not liable for data loss, service interruption, or misuse of uploaded materials by third parties on the open internet.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
